Your Problems Aren’t Too Hard For God

(More Bible Studies Available @ www.marktabata.com)

Jeremiah 32:17-Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You.

When we consider the vastness of this universe in which we live, we can rest assured in God’s taking care of us with our troubles. For example:

“For instance, in 1981 Science Digest reported that the earth moves in its orbit around the sun, departing from a straight line by only one-ninth of an inch every eighteen miles. If it departed by one-eighth of an inch, we would come so close to the sun that we would be incinerated; if it departed by one-tenth of an inch, we would find ourselves so far from the sun that we would all freeze to death. An honest evaluation of the universe quickly reveals design. Design demands a designer.” (Brad Harrub, Convicted: A Scientist Examines The Evidence For Christianity, 522-525 (Kindle Edition); Brentwood, TN; Focus Press)

When we consider the amazing way that God takes care of the universe, we can surely trust Him to guide us in our daily trials and obstacles.

Matthew 6:25-27 (ERV)-So I tell you, don’t worry about the things you need to live—what you will eat, drink, or wear. Life is more important than food, and the body is more important than what you put on it. 26  Look at the birds. They don’t plant, harvest, or save food in barns, but your heavenly Father feeds them. Don’t you know you are worth much more than they are? 27  You cannot add any time to your life by worrying about it.

Father, thank You for being the great and good God that You are. Please watch us and keep us safe today. Help us to trust in You. Bless our interactions with those around us: help us lead others to You. Amen.
